SASB has a Simple Organization Structure Both at the HQ Level and Farm

The Company is headed by the Chief Executive Officer and assisted by the General Manager who acts as the Financial Controller and Head of Administration and Human Resource and also Sales and Marketing Manager (Egg & Fertiliser).

The farm management is headed by an experienced Chief Executive Officer, a Senior Manager, a Farm Manager cum Veterinarian and assisted by 13 Farm Executives; in-charge of Layer Department, Pullet Department, Maintenance Department, Feedmill Unit, Eco-Centre (Organic Fertilizer) Unit, Grading & Packing Centre (GPC) and Safety Unit. Total work force in our Kalumpang farm is 156, while 17 in Headquarters (Star Avenue, Shah Alam).

About Us

Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd (SASB) is incorporated on 8th February 2005. It is a wholly-owned Bumiputra company that operates the layer farm in Kalumpang. The farm is about 70 kilometers by road, north of Kuala Lumpur and about 2.5 kilometers from Kalumpang Town. The total land area is about 103 acres. The layer farm is well connected to the North-South Highway. Its proximity to Kuala Lumpur will facilitate distribution of eggs in the Klang Valley where most of the food-processing plants and the major hospitality businesses are operating. The North-South Highway also provides easy transport to the Northern and Southern region.

Mohamad Razi bin Abdul Rahim – Farm Manager (Selasih Breeders Sdn Bhd)

Mohamad Razi graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2001 with Diploma in Animal Health and Production and joined Consolidated Farms Berhad as Farm Supervisor in January 2001. Employed by Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd in August 2005 when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Farms Berhad’s assets in 2005. Seconded to Rembau Breeder Farm as an Acting Farm Manager when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Breeders Farms Sdn Bhd’s assets in April 2011. Promoted to Farm Manager in 2012 and report directly to Mr Brian Lim Jit Shen.

Hoh Peng Keong – Sales & Marketing Manager

Mr Hoh graduated from Federal Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Architecture Draftmanship. He joined Consolidated Farms Berhad in 1987. He was involved in various projects with Consolidated Farms Berhad, including establishing the new farm in Kalumpang. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999 and responsible for sales of fertilizer. He also assisted in promoting the sales of liquid eggs and shell eggs for the company.

Mr Hoh was retained in the employment when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Farms Berhad’s assets in year 2005. He is currently designated as the Sales & Marketing Manager, and responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing of eggs and fertilizer, including the market survey and new market development.

Dr. Azman Bin Mat Zin – Farm Manager

Dr. Azman Bin Mat Zin had served the poultry industry in various capacities. He started his career with Dinding Broiler Breeders as a Veterinarian. As a professional, he provided his services to the hatchery, broiler farm and the laboratory. He joined Consolidated Farms Berhad in year 2000 as Assistant Farm Manager and was promoted to Farm Manager in 2003.

Dr. Azman was retained in the employment when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Farms Berhad’s assets in year 2005. He is currently designated as the Farm Manager in Kalumpang overseeing the entire farm operations.

He holds a degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia. He is responsible for the overall livestock management and control of the farm production including the flock health control. Besides, he also provides technical support on flock health management for Consolidated Breeder Farms Sdn Bhd.

Low Kai Tuck – Farm Consultant

Mr. Low Kai Tuck was the Farm Manager for Consolidated Farms Berhad responsible for the overall farm operations and egg production in Kundang, Selangor. He has over 30 years of working experience in the poultry industry in various aspects of the farm operations including human resources management, feedmilling and inventory control.

Mr Low was retained in the employment when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Farms Berhad’s assets in year 2005. He retired from Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd in year 2015. Appreciating his contribution to the organization and his experience and knowledge in the farm operations, he is offered to work as a consultant to the organization.

Mr. Low Kai Tuck is currently working on contract basis upon his contractual retirement. He is instrumental in the feed formulations and the inventories control in the farm. He also advices the farm management on the day to day operation.

Puan Fazliza Abdullah – General Manager of Finance, Human Resource & Admin.

Puan Fazliza Abdullah, a Malaysian, graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Accounting from University of Luton, Bedfordshire, England. She has 20 years of experience in hotel and resort business, operation of golf course, civil engineering works and membership services.

She served Landmarks Berhad from May 2000 till November 2007 as Assistant Manager, Finance. She then served Questnet (HK) Limited from November 2007 till July 2010 as Head of Finance for International Division. She resigned and joined Destination Resorts & Hotel Sdn Bhd subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad under hotel & resort division as Assistant Vice President, Finance. In February 2012, she joined Golden Horse Palace Berhad, a subsidiary of Country Heights Holding Berhad as Finance Manager where she resigned to join Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd on 1st April 2017 as Assistant General Manager, Finance, Human Resource and Administration cum Financial Controller.

Promoted to General Manager of Finance, Human Resource and Administration in January 2019.

Brian Lim Jit Shen – Chief Executive Officer

Mr Brian Lim joined Consolidated Farms Berhad as a Farm Executive in 1985. He stayed with the Company for 18 years and had raised through the ranks in various positions to the last position as the Acting Operations Director.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Poultry Science from North Carolina State University, United States of America under the scholarship of Boon Guan Sdn Bhd, and a Diploma Degree in General Management from Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM). He had also been trained for ISO 9001:2000, and was the Management Representative and the Internal Audit for the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 for Consolidated Breeder Farms Sdn Bhd.

Mr Brian Lim was retained in the employment when Selasih Aman Sdn Bhd acquired Consolidated Farms Berhad’s assets in year 2005.

Mr Brian Lim currently holds the position as the Chief Executive Officer. He is also the representative of the organization to the Federal Livestock Farmers Association of Malaysia (FLFAM). He serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Layer Unit in FLFAM

Encik Wan Mustapha Wan Ismail – Director

Encik Wan Mustapha bin Wan Ismail, a Malaysian, graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia in 1973. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Australia and also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He was attached to General Lumber Fabricators and Builders Berhad (“GLFB”) as the Group Managing Director for seven (7) years until he resigned in July 2000. He was re-appointed to the Board of GLFB in November 2000 and was subsequently appointed as the Executive Director in February 2001 until 21 August 2003. He also holds directorships in several private limited companies.

Dato’ Abu Bakar Bin Mohd Nor – Director

Dato’ Abu Bakar Bin Mohd Nor was a former Managing Director of Saujana Consolidated Berhad. He served as Managing Director of Tradewinds (M) Berhad, Executive Director of Landmarks Berhad, Chief Executive Officer of Peremba Berhad and General Manager for Corporate Services of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PERNAS). He served the PERNAS Group for seven years before joining Peremba (M) Sdn Bhd as its Chief Executive in 1989. Dato’ Abu Bakar Bin Mohd Nor later became the Executive Director of Landmarks Berhad until June 1993. He serves as a Director of Saujana Resort (M) Berhad. He served as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Tradewinds Malaysia Bhd from July 1, 1993 to June 20, 2003. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at RHB Investment Bank Bhd since March 4, 1997. Dato’ Abu Bakar Bin Mohd Nor is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from University of Wales, UK. He is qualified as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1980. He is a shareholder of Peremba (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Oh Teik Tatt – Director

Mr. Oh Teik Tatt is the Director of SASB. He was appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of PECD on 14 September 2004. He was a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, Risk Management Committee and was also of the Audit Committee of PECD Berhad. Mr. Oh was also appointed as the chairman of Landmark Berhad on 4th August 2006.

He completed his degree in Agriculture Science (B.Agr.Sc) at the University of Malaya. He serves as an Executive Committee member of the World Wild Life Fund and a member of the Board of Trustees. He was an Executive Committee member of the Equestrian Association of Malaysia and Vice Chairman of the Malaysia Society of Marine Sciences.

On the business front, he was an active member of the British Malaysia Chamber of Commerce, Malaysia-Canada Business Council and American-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce. He was also the Managing Director of Tractors Malaysia Holdings Berhad (1993-2004).

Tan Sri Razali Abdul Rahman – Chairman

Tan Sri Mohd Razali Abdul Rahman is the Director and Chairman of SASB, and is the largest shareholder of SASB.

He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 1972 and later did Master in Financial Management at University of Queensland, Australia. While in Australia, he tutored and lectured at two universities, namely University of Newcastle (1970-1973) and Queensland University of Technology Brisbane, Australia (1974-1980). He is a fellow member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He joined Peremba Berhad in 1980 for two years before leaving for Malaysian French Bank Berhad as Deputy General Manager in 1982 to 1984. He re-joined Peremba for a year and left for United Malayan Banking Corporation Berhad (UMBC) as Executive Director and later Executive Deputy Chairman of UMBC Finance. He was Managing Director of Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants Sdn Bhd for three years in 1987 before becoming Chairman of Peremba (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in 1991 where he still remains.
He serves on the Boards of Pembangunan MasMelayu Berhad, Saujana Resort Sdn Bhd and several private companies.
